Who We Are

We are a group of clinical psychologists who are warm, caring, attuned, insightful and highly trained.

We create a safe therapeutic environment where all of the parts of you can have space to be.

Through our extensive training and the therapeutic relationship, we can help you to make the changes that you want to see in your life and be able to live more freely in the present.

How We Work

We believe that the work of therapy must make sense to the person we are working with, and that to achieve change one needs to fully understand, feel, and embody that change.

Our work combines many different treatment modalities in an integrated and embodied way: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Parent/Infant Dyadic work, attachment, relational, and interpersonal.

Psychology includes four major areas: clinical psychology (counseling for mental and behavioral health), cognitive psychology (the study of the mental processes), behavioral psychology (understanding behavior through different types of conditioning), and biopsychology (research on the brain, behavior, and evolution). We have  extensive and varied clinical training in different therapeutic and somatic ways of working that allows us to create an integrated and personalized treatment to help our clients grow, develop, and change
